A chance for youngsters - age 4 - 8 to explore the outdoors, have fun and earn a badge! These programs: Hide-n-Seek for pre-schoolers and Outdoor Explorers for those 6-8 years old, combine recreation, education and hands-on adventures to give youngsters a true appreciation for our outdoors and may lead to a lifetime of outdoor enjoyment and appreciation for our natural resources.

Motorcoach Tours at TREC

From Guided Tours of TREC, Presque Isle and our "Guided Green Tour" to group lunches and self-guided tours, the Tom Ridge Environmental Center offers a bus trip opportunity like no other. Dynamic Dunes Website Online!

Dynamic Dunes includes more than 3,800 records, collected primarily in northwestern Pa. The real-time presentation uses the Web to address local environmental issues, including fighting pollution and disease.

Been wanting to see Erie and the lake from a unique perspective? There's no better way than with one of our pontoon boat rides. Offered four times each day....and on Wednesday & Friday evening....these FREE excursions are relaxing and enlightening. But hurry, the last rides for this season are on Labor Day. Outside the Window...Nature for You and Your Little One

Summer is coming to an end, but we are still having lots of fun exploring the park. Children ages 3-5 and an accompanying adult are invited to join us as we discover the wonders of the world Outside the Window on the first and third Fridays of September from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Spots are limited, so pre-register early.
